Kraker K‑Force: The moving floor semi-trailer for horizontal unloading
The Kraker K‑Force is a moving floor semi-trailer with 92 m³ of load volume, built for bulk that has to leave the trailer horizontally: agricultural products, recycling material, biomass, wood chips and general cargo. Because the moving floor profiles push the load out over the full floor length, you unload safely on uneven ground, under low roofs and indoors, anywhere tipping is simply not an option. With 28,250 kg of payload on a 36,000 kg gross weight and 33 euro pallet spaces, this moving floor trailer keeps every run well filled.

Floor and body built to last
The heart of this trailer is a Cargo Floor moving floor system in 6, 8 or 10 mm with aluminium end caps; the listed price applies to the 6 mm version. In addition, the side walls are fully welded on the inside, three wear plates of 1250 x 2500 mm protect the most exposed areas, and the rear frame is made entirely of stainless steel with a pull-out step. The chassis is galvanised and the body is finished in RAL 7001, so the trailer keeps its looks season after season.

Equipped for daily work
This semi-trailer is a new vehicle, available roughly one week after ordering, and it is delivered ready to work: SAF/BPW axles with 430 mm disc brakes, air suspension, ABS and EBS, a lift axle on the first axle and 385/65 R22.5 A-brand tyres on steel rims with ET 120. Furthermore, you get hydraulic connections on both the front wall and the landing legs including hoses, a roof tarpaulin with a light strip, 12 pairs of lashing eyes, multi-chamber rear lights, two LED reversing lights and two LED work lights at the landing legs. Practical details complete the picture: a rail cleaner, an aluminium underrun protection with integrated lighting, a toolbox of approx. 1000 x 500 x 500 mm, holders for shovel and broom, a handling bar for the tarpaulin, an 11-rung access ladder, an A-board and ladders to the catwalk on both sides. Renting this vehicle is possible as well.
