Dolly Farm Trailer – the agricultural dolly that puts a semi-trailer behind your tractor
This Dolly Farm Trailer is a brand-new agricultural dolly, built in 2025, that lets you pull a standard semi-trailer with an agricultural tractor. The Jost fifth wheel takes the trailer, the drawbar eye ø50 or K80 ball coupling connects to the tractor, and full road homologation means the combination is ready for public roads as well as for the field. With a total length of 5,130 mm and a choice of fifth-wheel heights of 1,150, 1,200, 1,300 or 1,400 mm, this dolly matches the semi-trailer you already run.

Chassis, axle and suspension
The frame is made of high-grade structural steel, metallised and finished in the RAL colour of your choice. Furthermore, the dolly runs on a branded SAF axle with disc brakes, automatic brake adjustment, an air handbrake and ABS/EBS on a Wabco two-line pneumatic system. The air suspension holds a constant ride height regardless of the weight of the load, supported by two HS valves and two shock absorbers per axle. You choose between 385/65 R22.5 tyres and optional 550/60 R22.5 agricultural tyres on ET120 steel rims, and a manual levelling valve lets you set the height by hand.

Hydraulics and electrics on board
A 170-litre oil tank and a pump driven by the tractor PTO with a 1:1 gear power the hydraulics, including tipping control, so you can operate a tipping semi-trailer straight from the dolly. The tank is supplied without oil and can optionally be delivered filled. On the electrical side you get a 12 V installation with three sockets on the console (two 7-pin and one 15-pin), two white LED marker lights at the front, two seven-chamber rear lights combining reversing light, fog light, indicators and reflective triangles, an illuminated LED number plate holder and a 12/24 V converter that supplies the coupled semi-trailer. Pneumatic hoses for the towed trailer and a slow-moving vehicle triangle are standard. On request, a second axle with hydraulic drive can be fitted, which delivers up to 20% more traction.
