Container tipping frame for 20ft containers
This container tipping frame by TrailerTec turns a 20ft container chassis into a tipping unit: the frame carries the container on four twistlocks and lifts it hydraulically for discharge. It is a brand-new unit built in 2026 and is supplied as a frame only, without the tractor unit and without the hydraulic power pack.

Frame and locking
The frame is welded from high-grade S355 steel using a continuous welding technique, which keeps the structure stiff under the loads that tipping puts on it. Moreover, the frame colour is your choice from the RAL range, and four twistlocks secure the container on the tipping frame.

Hydraulic cylinder
The lifting work is done by a four-stage Binotto cylinder with a maximum lifting capacity of 28 tonnes and a recommended working pressure of 190 bar. As a result, the frame reaches a maximum tipping angle of 49 degrees, which is enough to empty bulk out of a 20ft container cleanly. The hydraulic power unit is not included in the price; a power pack can be fitted on request and its specification is available on request as well.
